for 560x560 sizes, additional +$10 per emote - could be used for avatars, icons, stickers, animated gifs, panels, etc.

terms of service

  • strictly for non-commercial, personal use only. proper credit to the artist is required for usage of the artwork, including personal use, public sharing, and self-promotion.

  • ★ copyright: ★ i, the artist, own the rights to the produced artwork - not the commissioner. hence, i am allowed to promote myself using the copyrighted artwork and to display, share, and post it in anywhere i like.

  • the commissioner does not own rights to the artwork and therefore, is not allowed to: (1) take credit for the artwork; (2) reproduce or use the artwork in any commercial manner; (3) remove any watermark / signature; and (4) alter the artwork in any way without my consent.

  • the commissioner is allowed to: (1) use the artwork for personal use; (2) claim the rights to their character; (3) print the artwork only for themself; (4) share the artwork to the public with proper credit to the artist; and (5) use the artwork to promote themself with proper credit to the artist.

  • no watermark/signature removal. rest assured that your commissioned pieces will not have a huge watermark obstructing the piece.

  • no modifying or editing of the artwork. no cropping unless for personal purposes of the client.

  • no cancellations or refunds. and please, do not chargeback! i am a small artist just trying to make a living.
